Terms & Conditions

This is a general template written for how SLIDESOL currently operates — it isn't a substitute for a lawyer's review, and should be checked against Ghanaian consumer-protection law before being treated as final.

1. Orders & pricing

Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and include product cost only — delivery fees are added at checkout based on fulfilment method and region, and shown in full before you pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card or mobile money details directly. An order is only confirmed once payment has been verified.

3. Delivery & pickup

Delivery is available across Ghana; the fee depends on your region and is calculated at checkout. Free pickup is available at our Kumasi and Accra locations — see Contact for addresses and hours. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Returns, exchanges & refunds

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if it's the wrong size or item, or arrives faulty. Items must be unworn, in original packaging. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paystack. We don't accept returns for change of mind on worn items.

5. Product authenticity

All products listed are genuine stock from the brands shown. Photography is of the actual item — minor colour variation between photo and screen is possible depending on your display.

6. Availability

Stock levels shown on the site are kept as accurate as possible but aren't a guarantee — in the rare case an item sells out before your order is confirmed, we'll contact you with a refund or alternative.

7. Limitation of liability

SLIDESOL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a delayed delivery beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, incorrect address supplied at checkout).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
